Welcome to the Webfuran development agency (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the web design, development, and related digital services provided through our primary website (webfuran.com). By engaging our agency services or signing a specific Service Agreement with us, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
Webfuran provides custom web development, design, maintenance, and related digital agency services. The specific details, scope, deliverables, and timeline for your individual project will be clearly outlined in a separate, customized written proposal or Service Agreement prior to the start of work.
We are committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with your vision. Each project includes a predefined number of revision rounds, as specified in your individual Service Agreement. Any additional feature requests, structural design changes, or modifications that fall outside the original project scope (“scope creep”) will be billed at our standard hourly rate or quoted separately as an add-on service.
To keep your project moving smoothly and on deadline, we rely on your timely collaboration. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, branding assets, and other content required for the project unless otherwise agreed. If a project is delayed because the Client fails to provide necessary materials, approvals, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe, Webfuran reserves the right to pause the project, adjust delivery deadlines, or invoice for work completed to date.
To officially commence a development project, we will outline a clear payment schedule in your Service Agreement, typically tied to specific project milestones or deliverables. Final files, live website launches, and administrative access will not be handed over until the final invoice is paid in full. We reserve the right to suspend development work or withhold deliverables if payments are significantly delayed.
Upon receipt of final payment in full, the Client will own the final website design, graphics, and front-end code specifically created for their project. However, Webfuran retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies. Any pre-existing proprietary code, custom modules, or third-party frameworks used to build the site remain the property of Webfuran or their respective creators, licensed to the Client for use on that specific project.
We build our websites to function flawlessly upon launch based on the agreed-upon technical specifications. We typically provide a limited 30-day warranty period post-launch to address and resolve any minor bugs or functional issues directly related to our development work. After this warranty period expires, ongoing maintenance, content updates, and further optimization will require a separate maintenance contract or will be billed at our hourly rate.
If Webfuran also provides web hosting services for the Client’s completed website, the use of those hosting servers is governed by our separate Hosting Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. If the Client chooses to host their completed website with a third-party provider, Webfuran is not liable for slow load times, server outages, or incompatibilities caused by that external environment.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Client before project completion, the Client will be invoiced for the billable hours, research, and resources invested up to the exact date of cancellation.
